Recruitment at
AZERIKIMYA is carried out through a competition-based selection process, taking into account the requirements of the labour legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in accordance with the Company’s relevant standards and other regulatory documents.
The competition-based selection process consists of
three stages:
- screening of applications;
- test examinations (and/or evaluation through other verification and assessment methods, such as case studies, open-type tasks, etc.);
- job interview or practical exam.
Vacant positions in
AZERIKIMYA’s enterprises and organisations are regularly announced in the
Vacancies section of the website. The screening of applicants is conducted in accordance with the qualification requirements specified in the job description. Based on the screening results, selected candidates are invited to the test examination, which is the next stage of the recruitment process. Candidates who successfully pass the test are then invited to the final stage — an interview or practical exam.
